Member-General site member
Novice – Can see members only content. Has started training on The Initiate’s Path (TIP)
Initiate – Has completed the TIP. Can seek Training Master Can be on teams ( example TIP team ) under a Knight
Apprentice In an apprenticeship with a Knight. Wants to become a Knight. Access to Apprentice Chambers
Knight Backbone of the Temple Access to Knights chambers Can take Apprentices ( 3 without council vote up to 5 with vote ) Can hold offices Votes as Knights colleges on all matters but Knighting and Disciplinary issues
Senior Knight Act as guides on apprentice issues Can add training to Knights lesson bank Can vote on Knighthood promotions
Master Can see and comment on all Council matters except disciplinary Votes on Senior Knight promotions
Conclave Rank Requirements
Member None
Novice 2 Week Wait Filled out Application ( Will Create ) Completed lesson 0 plus one other full lesson
Initiate 4 Months with Temple Completed IP ( 100 Points ) Journal reviewed and approved by 2 Knights
Apprentice Taken as an apprentice by a Knight
Knight 1 year as Apprentice Completed 150 points of training 50 of the 150 must be practical ( how to create lessons etc ) Training Master approves Knighting Pass Council Trials Master and
Apprentice submit summary of apprenticeship ( Why they are ready etc )
Senior Knight 13 Months as Knight 150 Points of training Submit 2 page plus project for Temple library
Master 2 Years as Senior Knight Trained at least two people to Knighthood Additional Training:100 Points if 3 people or Knighted 200 if 2 Knighted Submit 3 page plus project for Temple library
Council and Officer Roles
President
Public face of the Temple and Leading member of the Council and responsible for lending a hand across the duties of all council members and ensuring that all deadlines, policy and procedure are met. The office of President is de facto assistant to all Temple functions to ensure that all officers have help from an individual with no particular duties.
Membership Affairs
Responsible for ensuring membership, rank, and office requirements are met and changing statuses accordingly. They further work with the SecOf to keep the forums peaceful and with the Pastor in conflict management. Acts as temple second to the President.
Pastor
In charge of seminary and all clergy offices and roles. Responsible for clergy training program and all spiritual programs at the Temple. Changes to requirements for clergy go through Pastor before going to Council for full vote.
Security Officer
Responsible for rule enforcement and heads the moderation team. Moderation decisions are given final say to SecOf up to 6 month bans. Anything longer or anything disputed can be brought to full council.
AcAdmin
Coordinates journal reviews for all ranks. Give guidance on training issues and keeps the best practices for training up to date. Any changes to training requirements are vetting by AcAdmin before coming to full Council for vote.

PR
Responsible for all media inquiries and connection with the wider Jedi community. Maintains PR packets for ease of distribution.
Secretary
Maintains council voting records and acts as voice of the council when announcing decisions
Librarian
Maintains library.
Forum Moderator
Works with Sec Of to ensure temple rule compliance. All council members are de facto moderators but must clear all bans or non requested post edits. ( Can act on sight but must contact Sec off
Youth Officer
Works with and approves all youth members. Membership age will be between 13 and 15 pending council vote.

Icon: Color of beach sand on an early morning. Everything has been washed away and the sand is ready to be written on again
Requirements: Completed lesson 0, plus one other full lesson
Has completed The Initiate’s Path (TIP)
Can seek one-on-one training with a Mentor Knight as their apprentice. Is able to volunteer to be on a team (such as the TIP Team) lead by a Knight
Icon: Orange blaze is a traditional heraldic color for worthy ambition. Also is a more saturated color of the Novice ranks
Requirements: Four Months with Temple Completed IP ( 100 Points ) Journal reviewed and approved by 2 Knights
In an apprenticeship with a Knight Mentor. Usually is working their way to Knighthood. Access to Apprentice Chambers. Encouraged to take leadership positions under a Knight
Requirements: Taken as an apprentice by a Knight Mentor
Backbone of the Temple. Has access to Knights chambers, can take Apprentices (Up to three without council vote, five with approval) Can hold offices and duties, has voting rights
