ATM my training has to change with my body's ability. So not to get lopsided, my weight training for arms is gonna be at a standstill, except maybe with elastic bands.
But really atm I'm working on slimming down, as always (constant battle against bad genetics and depression), and recently working on becoming more flexible/mobile. I've realised I've grown stiff in recent years. Possibly due to living in an icebox of a house. But I used to be able to kick things off people's heads, now I'd be lucky to kick their chest square.
So... for the time being, back onto cardio training and dynamic/static stretching exercises. I don't have a specific diet. I did do a carnivore diet, and largely my diet is still meat, but I've brought back in grains like bread, granola, and also have brought potatoes and eggs into the diet. I want to stock back up on coffee and kick sugars again, that did wonders for my health.

At the moment, my martial arts training is focused on preparing for testing for rank (hopefully next spring) and the rest of my physical training is based around supporting that goal. In theory, I want to lose 10-15 lbs (I've lost around 90 lbs since the start of 2020); in practice, I want to ensure I'm in top shape for a long and exacting test.
Most days I try to do at least some weapons-work, some empty-hand martial arts, some general exercise, some low intensity cardio, and some yoga. Low intensity cardio seems to be the secret to me losing/maintaining weight; other people have different experiences and those are also right. Almost anything can count for "general exercise" and I try to mix that up a fair amount.
Dietwise: All the fruits and veggies I can possibly eat. Lots of full-fat dairy, moderate amounts of meat. I try to stay away from bread and potatoes.

Have you tried Bones Coffee? Its flavored without sugars or anything that adds calories. Its on the more expensive side but its good flavors and a way to spice up coffee without creams/syrups/sugars.

Do you have any favorite recipes? Do you do smoothies? I have a green smoothie I like that is 200 calories so great for a snack or if you do a lot of small meals.

I've not. I have some nice flavoured coffees tho and add sweetner atm. Keeps it quite light.

In the winter and fall, I make a lot of simple soups that are basically one base veggie, some leeks and garlic, and some salt and pepper simmered together and then blended with a little yogurt.
I go through phases with smoothies and those are usually really simple: a couple of servings of fruit blended with protein powder and water.
Which all sounds like I eat only very simple foods, which is very not true. It's just that sometimes simple is also very very tasty.

I was able to get into fitness starting around mid 2018 and had a pretty consistent routine of mainly doing pushups as often as I could. This pic's before and after last pic of my was from may of last year but I am still pretty much about the same size as it so that's why I chose it. My arms don't look that big in every single angle of pics but they do look like that when I cross flex my arms under a light so it can show my curves of my muscle definition.
The biggest factor I found in building muscle was just to make sure you are consistent with your workouts. at one point I was doing 3 hour workouts a day but havent done those in probably a couple years. I would like to set a goal to get back into a regular routine and be consistent with it enough to build even more muscle not just on my arms.
