One way I have found to help myself to get things done and measure progress is to break my goals down by 3. 3 hours/3 days/ 3 weeks/ 3 months. So does anyone have any goals they want to share? We can celebrate each other's victories and give guidance and support if people want/need it. I'll share a few of mine tomorrow between grilling and fireworks.

As per my post yesterday here are my upcoming goals:
3 hours: To create a bedtime routine to better help my sleep schedule.
3 days to meditate regularly at the start/end of my day.
3 weeks to exercise 3 days a week for thee weeks to build a habit.
3 months to put forward at least 3 lessons and lose 3-4 pounds per month.
